- Do I need an NHS referral?
We do not currently accept funded NHS referrals, but we are able to provide private services and assessments which are accepted by most NHS services.
- Can I use my medical insurance?
Your medical insurance company will have to contact us directly to ascertain if your policy covers our service.
- How do I pay and is it secure?
We offer payment via Paypal (Charges may apply) and by Secure Bank Payment (Pending).
- Is my information shared with my GP?
This is entirely at your discretion, we are able to provide screening recommendations, ADOS 2 & ADI-R assessment reports, Mental Health Recommendations and referrals and Screening Reports directly to your GP in addition to your private, secured documents.
- Is my information secure?
All personal information is stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Do I need to tell my family, friends or work?
This service is entirely confidential and you do not have to disclose it to anyone, and we are happy to discuss any concerns regarding so doing as a part of the service.
- Do I need to attend in person?
Although we are able to offer in-person, in-home, and on-site services these incur additional charges, we offer online, secure clinics for most clients.
- Is online support, screening and assessment as effective as in-person attendance?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic forcing many interventions to be temporality online, substantial research has been done to determine if online support, screening and assessment for adults is as effective in-person equivalents. The research found that online mental health supports are as effective as in-person supports in most situations. If you feel this would not be suitable in your case or you would prefer in-person consultations these can be arranged at an additional charge.
